Turn off your phone, close all the tabs on your computer and just focus on what you’re doing. It may take a little getting used to, but eventually, it will become second nature and you’ll be able to get more done in less time.
In today’s connected world, it’s practically a goal to go an hour without scrolling through your news feed. And, thanks to the smartphone, our distractions aren’t limited to the house anymore.
